All Pro Maids has been serving Delaware with trusted cleaning services since 1989. In June 2025, Karen Mentzer became the third owner, bringing fresh energy, inclusive values, and a deep commitment to community care.

Karen is a first-time business owner at 55, proudly leading All Pro Maids as a woman-owned, LGBTQ-owned company. Her mission is to build a legacy brand that blends professionalism with personality—creating safe, reliable, and joyful spaces for families and businesses across Sussex County.

Under Karen’s leadership, All Pro Maids is evolving with:

•  Smart digital outreach and SEO strategy

•  Legal protections for long-term stability

•  A team-first culture rooted in safety and respect

We’re working toward a future where All Pro Maids can partner with Cleaning for a Reason, an ISSA charity, to provide free cleaning services to individuals undergoing cancer treatment—because care and dignity should always come home.
