At All Pro Maids, our mission is to create clean, safe, and joyful spaces for every client we serve—while building a legacy of care, creativity, and community. We believe that cleaning is more than a service—it’s an act of respect, empowerment, and pride.

Led by Karen Mentzer, a first-time small business owner at age 55, All Pro Maids is proudly woman-owned and LGBTQ-owned. Karen brings 12 years of experience as a licensed realtor, where she helped clients navigate homeownership with care and clarity. That foundation now fuels a business built on trust, detail, and purpose.

While she worked independently, All Pro Maids marks her first time owning and leading a full-service business with a team, brand identity, and community mission. That experience shapes how we serve today: with attention to detail, respect for every space, and a deep understanding of what “home” really means.

We’re working toward a future where All Pro Maids can partner with Cleaning for a Reason, an ISSA charity, to provide free cleaning services to individuals undergoing cancer treatment—because care and dignity should always come home.
